Leadership Academy I
Leadership Academy I is designed for child care directors, assistant directors, and administrators. The Academy provides leadership skills training and focuses on becoming a more effective leader to meet the needs of staff and children in their care. Leadership Academy I offers 47 hours of training and meets the training requirements for Three-Star and above Centers. CECPD will accept applications throughout the year.

Program Administration Scale
All applicants meeting the following requirements will be considered:

Be currently employed in a licenced child care center.

You must hold a current Oklahoma Director's Credential.

Participate in "Reaching for the Stars"

Strong preference will be given to those centers who serve state subsidy children; and

Centers will be required to have an initial Program Administration Scale (PAS) assessment prior to the completion of the final session and a post-PAS twelve months after completing the Leadership Academy I training.
