Approved Educator Requirements

All Educators must be an active participant on the Professional Development Ladder with the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry. Click here to go the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry to apply online.

After completing your online application to become an Oklahoma Professional Development Registry member, you will be asked to submit:

  1. A list of workshops, trainings and conferences you have presented to demonstrate training areas you are competent in
  2. Verification for any training in which you have been approved as a trainer (Shaken Baby, Entry Level coursework)
  3. Your charge card if you wish to pay online and any coupons you may have to help pay for your application

Once you have gathered the necessary documentation, you are ready to begin; it should take approximately one-half hour to complete. As you fill out the application, you will be asked if you want to save the information you have entered. By doing so, if you are unable to complete the entire application now, you may come back to it and complete it.

 

Forms for Application Renewal

Educators must reapply every year and pay their $15 fee in order to renew their contracts. Renewal instructions are emailed to Educators toward the end of each fiscal year. If you were unable to access the forms in the renewal email, there are links to the forms below.
