Grievance is defined as any situation where the child care facility does not agree with the PAS assessment information.
1. Within 30 days of receipt of the assessment from CECPD representative.
Discuss issue(s) with the Interim PDAS Project Director.

Write a letter to CECPD explaining the grievance within 30 days of receipt of the assessment from CECPD representative.

The assessor who performed the assessment will write a letter discussing the assessment and areas of concern.
2. A Grievance meeting will occur between PAS supervisor, facility and others (if applicable). This meeting could occur in person or via the phone.
3. A new assessment will be scheduled if issues are not resolved.
Documentation of each step will be included in the facility's PAS file.
