Oklahoma Registry Certificate of Achievement and Stipend Program

REMINDER: STIPEND TRAINING IS SPECIFIC

 Training is specific! Be sure you are taking the right ones. See below to locate approved trainings for each Certificate. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4.

 1. Visit the Statewide Training Calendar at www.okregistry.org.

 2. On the left navigation menu, click on Training Content.

 3. Click on Certificate of Achievement and Stipend.

 4. Choose the Certificate of Achievement you are interested in and the required classes will be displayed.

  • I work in a DHS licensed early care and education facility 1+ Star or higher

  • ​I work a minimum of 30 hours per week in my current child care facility

  • I have been employed a continual 6 months in my current child care facility prior to the date of this application

  • I have a current Infant/Toddler, Preschool, or FCCH CDA* OR have taken a minimum of 30 clock hours of training in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) approved Infant/Toddler, Preschool, School-Age, Quality Child Care, or Childhood Resiliency Area of Concentration**

  • I have an active account in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR)

  • I work in a DHS licensed early care and education facility 1+ Star or higher

  • ​I work a minimum of 30 hours per week in my current child care facility

  • I have been employed a continual 6 months in my current child care facility prior to the date of this application

  • I have a current Infant/Toddler, Preschool, or FCCH CDA* OR have taken a minimum of 30 clock hours of training in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) approved Infant/Toddler, Preschool, School-Age, Quality Child Care, or Childhood Resiliency Area of Concentration**

  • I have an active account in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR)

 

 

 

 

  • I work in a DHS licensed early care and education facility

  • ​I work a minimum of 30 hours per week in my Family Child Care Home

  • I have been employed a continual 6 months in a Family Child Care Home prior to the date of this application

  • I have a current Infant/Toddler, Preschool, or FCCH CDA* OR have taken a minimum of 30 clock hours of training in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) approved Infant/Toddler, Preschool, School-Age, Quality Child Care, or Childhood Resiliency Area of Concentration**

  • I have an active account in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR)

 

 

*A CDA can only be used to meet the education requirement for one of the following areas of concentration: Infant/Toddler or Preschool

** The first time you apply for a Certificate of Achievement using training hours, we will look for 30 hours of approved training courses in the past 5 years from your application received date. If you apply for a second type of Certificate of Achievement, we will look for 30 hours of approved training courses taken in the 12 months prior to your application date.

Each Certificate of Achievement has approved training courses in that specific area of concentration.

You can locate these approved courses by going to www.okregistry.org. Click the plus (+) sign next to Training Content in the left navigation. Click on Certificate of Achievement and choose the Certificate of Achievement that you are interested in. Scroll to the bottom and click Search.
